Prices are USD per seat. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available; annual plans save 25%. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. AI consumption, onboarding, implementation, integrations, data migration, and other separately billed services are not included in the seat license. AI infrastructure and provider costs are not included in the AIPQP seat license. Where supported, Enterprise customers can choose between AIPQP-managed AI consumption and customer-managed AI infrastructure.

Your AIPQP subscription provides access to the platform and the capabilities included in your selected plan. AI processing is billed separately based on actual consumption after the free trial.

During the 7-day free trial

AI consumption is completely free. No AI usage charges will be applied during the trial period. This allows you to test AIPQP's AI-powered capabilities without worrying about unexpected AI costs.

After the trial

7-Day Free Trial

Every new customer can start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial: no subscription charges, no AI consumption charges, and full access to the capabilities available in the selected trial plan. At the end of the trial, you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Monthly Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No further subscription charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.

Annual Billing

Annual subscriptions are billed annually and are available at 25% less than the equivalent monthly price. Annual subscriptions can also be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents renewal, while access remains available until the end of the current paid annual period.

Enterprise adds the capabilities required to deploy, govern, integrate, and scale AIPQP across an organization, including multi-site management, centralized administration, cross-site intelligence, enterprise security, integrations, dedicated support, SLA options, and customer-managed AI infrastructure.

Can Enterprise customers use their own AI provider?

Yes. Enterprise customers can connect AIPQP to an approved AI infrastructure or AI service provider they already use, where supported. AI processing can then be billed directly by the customer's existing AI provider, allowing the customer to keep AI procurement, security, governance, and consumption within its existing infrastructure.

Is Enterprise onboarding included?

No. Enterprise onboarding and implementation are separate professional services and are priced according to project complexity.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal, while access remains active until the end of the current paid subscription period.

Can I upgrade my plan?
