1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AIPQP platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AIPQP ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
AIPQP provides AI-assisted engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain software, including APQP program management, document generation and assessment, and related workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization if you register on its behalf.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, or use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights. You remain responsible for engineering judgment, review, and approval of AI-assisted outputs.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create in the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Service. We do not claim ownership of your engineering or quality documentation.
6. AI-assisted outputs
AI features generate drafts and suggestions. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Qualified personnel must review, validate, and approve all quality-critical documents and decisions before use in production or customer submissions.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, trials, and usage-based charges are described at purchase or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may suspend access for non-payment.
8. Confidentiality and security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Customer Content. You must protect your own access credentials and configure organizational permissions appropriately.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by AIPQP or its licensors. Except for your Customer Content, no rights are granted other than those expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPQP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you to AIPQP for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in the product. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, access ends and we handle Customer Content according to our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
