How do I track launch readiness without a Gantt?

Readiness is driven by deliverables: which documents exist, which assessments passed, and what is still missing for Package. That is often more accurate for quality launches than a timeline bar alone.

How does New Product Launch connect to PPAP?

APQP deliverables link into AI Generation documents and the Package module. As documents are completed and assessed, they support the corresponding PPAP package status for the same part and program.

Does this support IATF 16949 new product introduction expectations?

AIPQP is aligned with industry-standard APQP phase thinking and helps you retain linked evidence from planning through documents and PPAP packaging—useful for clause 8.1 / 8.3 style launch evidence. Exact audit outcomes still depend on how your team operates the process.
